The plotted Several beautiful homes have been built by the residents of Malibu which has further added to the beauty of the colony. development within Malibu Towne is comprised of 897 plots, which range in areas between 150 sq.yds. and 1000 sq.yds. Since it takes years for a tree to reach an appreciable height, we at Malibu planted trees at the back and on one side of each plot at the inception which have by now grown in stature and girth giving each plot its own privacy and at the same time a very impressive look to the colony.
