A highly innovative online personalized dashboard for existing realty portfolio updates users on the way their properties are performing and update them on the status of their property requested for transaction.

Business Advisory Board

Before Futurebrands, he was Director of Euro RSCG Advertising, one of world's leading advertising agencies. A post graduate in business administration from University of Rajasthan, Atulit has more than two decades of brand development experience across apparels, FMCG, consumer durables and services. His principal areas of work and interest include Startup Brands, Brand Finance, Brand Licensing, Brand Partnerships, documentary films and teaching. Atulit has given lectures at franchising & brand licensing conferences, FICCI , CII seminars, and management schools in India.

Accomplished career of 30 years in seeding, developing and managing direct and through channel business with end-to-end organizational responsibility and delivery around Marketing, Business Development, Strategic Planning, Global/Regional Partnerships, Legal, Finance, Corporate Communication and HR. Took ownership of key roles in Indian and Global organizations at India and Asia- Pacific levels making strategic contributions for accelerated and sustained business growth. Awards/recognition at Regional/Global level through the period are a testimony to value delivery.

CMC, TISL, IBM, Microsoft & Amrop are the organizations that Rajiv had the privilege to work for with opportunity to travel globally and managing/working with people from across cultures and nationalities. Thought leadership; business foresight in planning; building empowered, customer centric & motivated teams to win in the market; institutionalizing best practices and innovating for sustained operational excellence are key traits reflecting drivers in all that he undertakes. Being a founder for Valion since January 2012, he has a strong track record of successfully working with high net worth individuals and family offices in planning, managing and handling their complete family office realty investments on a Pan India.

myfollo.com is the technology product born out of his learning, while structuring large and complex corporate and investment transactions for institutional and large real estate investors including sales, legal, financial aspects. Amit is an Engineering graduate with an MBA from Pune University, Amit is passionate about fitness as much as he is about the financial fitness of his clients.

Rakesh Behari Verma is a man of many talents. Rakesh with 17 years rich experience in the IT industry has led large teams and oversaw software development and management from scratch. An engineering graduate in Computer Science and Technology with First class Distinction, certificate in System and Database Administration and an IBM Midrange Computer (AS/400) Certified. Several times awarded for best performance and praise for his rocking and significant contributions in previous Companies.

Full Project application and Management responsibility from project initiation to effective implementation and sign-off. Full knowledge of the project life cycle and experience of various project development methodologies. Experience in designing, releasing and managing software projects and business processes re-engineering, client relationship and people management at all levels. He is fast, dedicated and delivers great result within no time. An excellent technocrat, helpful, positive attitude, no ego issue and the master of his subject with a very quick response time. Successfully managed all e-commerce projects to deliver complex end to end solutions for Portal on both Internet and Call Center environment during his tenure of past 10 years in e-commerce domain particularly 8 years in IndiaTimes Shopping(TIL).

Feba spearheads the PropCare division for myfollo.com. She leads a performance team who have been successful in increasing efficiency and productivity, while reducing costs for our valuable clients. A student of Psychology, Feba has an experience of 5 years, worked extensively managing customers at GMR Retail and Airport Authorities. She finds her calling in offering the best experience to her customers by managing and designing their homes with ecstatic interiors.
