      3. Meeting the developer on a weekly basis
      4. Contact details and person concerned for each project in a clear and maintained spreadsheet.
      5. Have a birthday, anniversary database for all important people in the developers office.

      2. Regular/Conversion Clients Database
      3. Developer and key persons in developers office contact details
      4. Projects running with the developer
      5. Prospect handling sheet with updated status every 3 days for each prospect
